Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and verified.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you via email.

SHIPPING LOCATIONS

We currently ship Australia-wide.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• Standard Shipping (Australia): 7–14 business days
• Regional & Remote Areas: Delivery times may vary depending on location

Please note that delivery estimates are provided by our shipping partners and cannot be guaranteed.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment is completed.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions which will be clearly stated on our website.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase.

H2O1 is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us as soon as possible at support@h2o1.com.au.

DELAYED OR LOST SHIPMENTS

While we work closely with our shipping partners to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, including:

• Weather events
• Carrier delays
• Public holidays
• Remote delivery locations

If your order appears delayed or lost, please contact us and we will assist in investigating the shipment with the carrier.

DAMAGED PARCELS

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged item
• Photos of the packaging

We will review the information and work towards an appropriate resolution.
